Only Practice Doesn't Makes To Perfect

Once upon a time there was a woodcutter , his name was John . He was working for a company for five years. His work was to cut as many as wood . From the day one , his wish was to earn free fast and easy money , he worked long and long , all day and night to earn big money. But his luck was not with him , From past five years he never got promoted to high salary. He worked overtime to cut more and more trees but yet he failed to cut that much tree which would made him to get high payout every month .

After a few days that very company appointed a new wood cutter , due increase in demand of wood . His name was Bill . He also worked with John , but he was able to cut 100 more trees from John in just 1 year . Due to his excellent cutting he was promoted and within 1 year from his day to join company his salary was doubled. Looking to this promotion John got angry and asked boss about this very matter. The boss told him that you still cut that much trees which you cut 4 years back . He told John that our company looks only for the result and result is that Bill is more efficient than you . The boss told him , we would be happy if you cut more trees as Bill and we will not mind in increasing your salary too.

From that day he worked more but was unable to cut as many trees as Bill did. Looking to his dedication and sadness , the boss called him and told him that why don't you ask to Bill, how he is efficient in cutting more and more trees . When they went to Bill and asked about the matter, Bill told them, yes I am not working as hard as John but I am able to cut more and more trees than John . The reason behind this is that as soon as I cut one tree , I stop my work for 2 minutes and I sharpen my axe. After every single cut I rest and sharp my axe . Only this much thing allow me to cut more and more trees.

What was the moral of the story ? ....
The moral was though we are practising hard , working hard but we are not allowing to sharp our mind axe. That is why same amount of effort , work , pain still makes the opponent better than us .......

So in making your personality grow , think smart , don't look what others do , make your own way to success . Nobody is your enemy , only your good work is your enemy . So try to get some better from which you were a day before .
What ever level you reach getting better never stops...........
